Exchanges / Store Credit
We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your original receipt is also required. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@uni-roar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jewelry - 14 Day Warranty
Jewelry pertains to the following items: Bracelets, Necklaces, Rings, Earrings.

Do not immerse bracelet in water for any extended periods of time.

Prevent contact with any soaps, detergents, or chemicals.

Be conscious of lotions, perfumes, or colognes getting on items.


Non-Jewelry Items - 14 Day Warranty
All items must be in their original condition.

No damage or missing parts.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and unique, one of a kind products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping fees included as part of an original purchase are also non-refundable.
