All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Curb Delivery
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $1,500.00 within 20 miles from Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO.
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $2,000.00 within 60 miles from Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO.
- For all other orders within 60 miles from Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO, we charge $175.00 for local delivery.
- NO FREE Shipping on the month of December, Rates to be discussed during purchase in store.

Local Curb Deliveries are made from 9:00am - 4:00pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@uni-roar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
